We accept payments through Paypal. You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to use this service. When you checkout you will be transferred to the Paypal website to proceed with the checkout process. You may use your checking account if you have a

Paypal Account, or you may use a valid credit card to complete your payment and you will not be required to create an account. However, if you choose to sign up for a Paypal account, your credit card information can be stored with Paypal making checkout simpler and faster the next time you visit us.

 

 

How much is shipping?

 

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00, and FREE on orders of $75 and over.

 

 

Do you charge sales tax?

 

Yes, we charge 7.6% within the state of Washington.

 

 

How long until I receive my order?

 

Orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 days.

 

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

 

All regular or sale items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags attached. After 14 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. No returns after 30 days.

 

Clearance, custom-ordered and personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Customers are responsible for the returning postage and all domestic orders are charged a flat rate shipping cost of $5.50, unless an error was made by us.

 

Refund or exchange will be promptly made once we receive your package and you'll receive a confirmation email.
